Comments: The Hale Mitigation Bank has been created in order to preserve and restore seasonal wetlands on the central part of the Santa Rosa Plain. The Bank is 75 acres total and contains approximately 35.38 acres of currently existing wetlands. Of this total, approximately 18 acres contain populations of Sebastopol meadowfoam and Baker's blennosperma and will be preserved and protected as is.
