Mr. Wraa joined BRI in 2003 and brings over 20 years of appraisal experience to the company. He began appraising in 1989, and initially specialized in agricultural properties. Mr. Wraa relocated to Walnut Creek from Napa in 1995 and thereafter performed commercial property appraisals throughout the nine-county Bay Area region. He also appraised special use properties, including vineyards, schools, theaters, and easements.
