Covelo Organic is located in the north-west corner of Round Valley in Mendocino county. Tom Palley has been working this ten-acre plot of land since 1988.
We have been committed ORGANIC from the beginning. Tom uses inter-species planting, crop rotation, cover cropping and compost to create a haven for his produce.
