Bio

Arielle Harris advises public and private clients in a wide range of land use and natural resource matters including California planning and zoning law, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), mine permitting, endangered species, as well as water supply and water quality.  Arielle represents public and private clients in litigation in each of these areas, at both the trial and appellate level. Arielle also has expertise in a wide range of public agency law, including the Brown Act, the Public Records Act, the Political Reform Act, eminent domain and inverse condemnation, and Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) regulations and proceedings.
