She is particularly focused on the valuation of agricultural properties located throughout one of the most productive and diverse agricultural regions in the world – California's Central Valley. She has appraised a large variety of almond, pistachio and walnut orchards; all types of vineyards, including premium wine grapes, table grapes and raisins; all types of tree fruit and citrus; and all types of open land from irrigated cropland for fresh vegetables to natural grazing land. Kristin has performed appraisals for a large variety of clients, including nearly all providers of agricultural lending financing; corporations, partnerships and family-owned operations; major investors including insurance companies; as well as federal, state and local governmental entities. She is highly experienced with performing fully FIRREA and USPAP-compliant appraisals for financing, purchase and sale transactions, estate and tax planning and settlement, foreclosure and bankruptcy, and divorce and partnership dissolution.
