Marty grew up on a farm in McLeansville, North Carolina. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS degree in Radiology and continued her education with degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and Vascular Technology. She has been working as an ultrasound and vascular medical technologist for 25 years.
In 2007, she and her husband Todd formed California Outdoor Properties and in 2009 obtained her real estate license. In 2010, Marty retired from her hospital job to work full-time running the office at California Outdoor Properties. She enjoys going out to preview ranches with her husband, taking pictures and helping her husband see a ranch from a woman’s perspective. Marty and her husband Todd have 5 wonderful children and live on a small ranch in Vacaville, CA.
