CCWR offers a website with information and resources for wildlife rehabilitators and members of the public, holds an annual symposium, host a forum for our membership and publishes E-Newsletters and Action Alerts in order to attain the following goals:
- Promote professionalism in the field of wildlife rehabilitation
- Encourage the sharing of ideas and solutions
- Create training opportunities that meet continuing education requirements
- Build awareness to time-sensitive advocacy issues
- Encourage regional meetings and active participation
- Encourage state-wide protocols for consistency of animal care
